Organisational Structure
CraneConnect Ltd is a UK-based crane rental company serving a broad range of construction and infrastructure projects. While we continue to grow and expand our operations, we remain firmly rooted in strong ethical values and are committed to conducting our business with integrity and accountability.
Our supply chains include suppliers of crane equipment, parts, fuel, logistics, maintenance services, and various subcontracted operations. We engage both domestic and international suppliers and acknowledge that certain regions or sectors may carry a higher risk of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Due Diligence and Risk Management
As part of our due diligence process, CraneConnect Ltd undertakes the following steps to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking:
-
Implement a supplier approval process that includes an assessment of ethical practices, particularly in relation to labour standards.
-
Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains, particularly with imported goods and services from outside the UK and EU.
-
Monitor high-risk suppliers and regularly review their compliance with ethical labour practices.
-
Encourage open communication and conduct audits where necessary to verify compliance.
We will not support or engage with any supplier or contractor known to be involved in slavery or human trafficking.

All employees at CraneConnect Ltd are encouraged to raise concerns related to slavery or human trafficking. We operate a confidential whistleblowing service that enables employees to report any suspected unethical or unlawful behaviour. Any reports will be investigated thoroughly and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our internal procedures.
